Xander Allen

Xander Allen, 7, of Canonsburg, died Thursday, February 20, 2020, in Canonsburg General Hospital after an extended illness.
He was born October 26, 2012, in Canonsburg, a son of  Derek Allen and Chelsea Banks. He was a student at Pennsylvania School For Blind Children, in Oakland.
Surviving are his father, Derrick Allen, his mother, Chelsea Banks, his maternal grandmother, Beverly Banks, his maternal great grandmother, Magda Gibbs Brown, his brother, Kallan Banks, half brothers, Randal Patterson, Cameron Allen, and Ethan Allen; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by grandfather, John M. Banks.
Friends will be received Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8pm, at the Sollon Funeral and Cremation Services, LTD, 30 East College Street, Canonsburg, Phillip L. Sollon, supervisor, 724-746-1000.
Services will be held at Mt. Olive Baptist Church, Thursday at 11am. Family and friends are asked to meet at the church. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray.
