Robert Donella

Robert Anthony Donella, 75, of Muse, died Tuesday, June 22, 2021 in his home.
He was born August 5, 1945, in Canonsburg, a son of Michael and Bridget Legosky Donella. 
Mr. Donella was Catholic. 
He proudly served his country with the United States Army. Mr. Donella was a member of the V.F.W. Post 191, PNU #116, Labor Temple, Canonsburg Sportsman's Club, the Russian Club, and several other social and civic organizations.
Prior to his retirement, he worked as a maintenance supervisor at the Golden Living Center, in Canonsburg. 
On August 24, 1984, he married his loving wife, Cathy Barbour Donella, who survives.
Also surviving are his son, Gregory (Trina) Pareso, of Corpus Christi, Texas; his daughter, Tracy (John) Ellis, of Houston; sisters, Marlene (William) Joyce, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, and Elizabeth Dobbins, of Chartiers Twp.; 3 grandchildren, Rebecca Pareso, Dylan (Fiance Kristine Hutchins) Pareso, and Devyn Sedora; great-grandchild, Asa Marie; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Michael, Charles, and Richard Donella.
Friends will be received Thursday, 2-8pm, at the Sollon Funeral and Cremation Services, LTD, 30 East College Street, Canonsburg, Phillip L. Sollon, supervisor, 724-746-1000.
Services will be held Friday, at 11am in the funeral home, followed by burial with full military honors, in the Oak Spring Cemetery, Canonsburg.
