"Lee" Mildred Jones, 75, of Canonsburg, died Thursday, March 25, 2021.
She was born June 8, 1945 in Canonsburg, a daughter of Charles and Mildred Shaw Ferricks.
She was Christian by faith.
Prior to her retirement, she worked for many years in the service industry. Lee loved being around people and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She was the "pillar" of her family. .
Surviving are a son, Charles Jones, of Canonsburg, daughter, Cheryl Jones of Canonsburg, grandson, Randy Jones of Fredericktown, great grandchildren, Ivy Rain Jones, and Lilly Rose Jones, a sister, Joyce A. Carroll, of Canonsburg, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by four brothers, Earl Ferricks, Charles Ferricks, Ronald Ferricks, David Ferricks, one sister, Rose Brooks
There will be no visitation. Arrangements are entrusted to Sollon Funeral and Cremation Services, LTD, 30 East College Street, Canonsburg, Phillip L. Sollon, supervisor, 724-746-1000. The family kindly suggests memorials to the Humane Society, 1527 Route 136, Eighty-Four, Pa 15330.
