Louis Lombardi Obituary

Louis A. Lombardi, 81, of Canonsburg, passed away Sunday, November 14, 2021 surrounded by his loving family.
He was born December 11, 1939, in Strabane, a son of Louis Lombardi and Antoinette Lombardi Senay.
Prior to his retirement, Mr. Lombardi owned and operated Lombardi Auto Body Shop, in Washington. He was proud of his work, was a self made success, and created a family business with his son. He was joyful and kind in spirit, generous and forgiving, tenacious in nature, and loved by his community. He never sat around, and enjoyed shooting sporting clays, was a member of the S.N.P.J., and was a talented musician, playing the bass guitar and singing. He had an infectious laugh, and more than anything, enjoyed spending time with his wife, children, family and friends, and also loved his dog Cooper. He enjoyed traveling, especially with his family to Anna Marie Island. He always welcomed everyone to his home.
On September 28, 1996, he married his wife of over 25 years, Rosemary Lombardi, who survives. Also surviving are his son, Louis P. Lombardi, of Canonsburg; his daughters, Paula (Jason Spare) Spare, of Wilmington, Delaware, Sharon Horosky, of Canonsburg, Christine (David)  Martin, of South Fayette; Joann (Robert) Curti, of Houston; his brother, Anthony L. (Elizabeth) Lombardi, of Canonsburg; sisters, Rosemary Wagner, of Strabane, and Joyce (Richard) Stevenson, of Canonsburg; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Joana C. Zienkiewicz Lombardi, after 35 years of marriage.
