Kirk L. Armstrong, 64, of Canonsburg, died Sunday, November 29, 2020 in Washington Hospital.
He was born September 13, 1956, in Washington, a son of Matthew L. and Evelyn White Henney.
Kirk was Christian. He was an avid outdoorsman, and enjoyed shooting, fishing, and was a member of Canonsburg Sportsmen's Club for several years. He also enjoyed watching science fiction movies.
Prior to his retirement, he worked as a nursing assistant at the Washington County Health Center, and later worked security at Friendship Village.
On September 26, 1987, he married his wife, Frances Armstrong who survives. Also surviving are his parents, Matthew L. Armstrong and Evelyn White Henney; his sons, David (Corrie) David, of Lisbon, Ohio, Adam (fiance Diamond Cuellar) Armstrong, of Los Angeles, California; daughters, Rachel (Jeff) Proctor, of Canonsburg, Sarah (Jeremy Shook) Armstrong, of Washington; grandchildren, Emilee, David, Mason, Natalee, Amelia, Eloriana, Ryah Grace, Gemma, Seth, Zion, Benjamin, Sophia, James, Jayla, Kevin, and Shelley; and his great grandson, Nikolaus.
Kirk was preceded in death by his brother, Kent Armstrong; and his son, Keith Armstrong.
