Karen Lee Thompson, 79, of Canonsburg, died Sunday, June 11, 2023.
She was born September 15, 1943, in Canonsburg, a daughter of Joseph and Flora Toward Susack.
Karen was a dedicated wife, mother, and homemaker.
Surviving are her son, Joe (Jim Gavel) Thompson, of Pittsburgh; grandchildren, John (Michelle), Luke, Molly, and Thaddeus Thompson; sister, Jacqueline Williamson; daughter-in-law, Lisa (Dennis) Gehrlein; nephew Matthew (Heather) Williamson; and her niece, Lynda Thompson.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John P. Thompson, Sr., son, John P. Thompson, Jr., niece, Lisa Reeder, and nephew, J.J. Thompson.
