Kaaren J. Kusturis

Kaaren J. Kusturis, 81, of Canonsburg, died Friday, November 17, 2023.
She was born July 9, 1942, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of Harry and Ruth Bartley Gibson. 
Kaaren worked for many years with her husband, at their catering business, Apollo catering. She loved spending time with her family and her friends.
Surviving are her daughters, Nickoel Rehonic and Sophia Zulueta, both of Hollywood, Florida, her grandchildren, Arielle Harbarger, Jordan Rehonic, Zoe Zulueta, Emma Zulueta; her great-grandaughter, Anastasia Harbarger; her loving companion of many years, Bill Powers, of Canonsburg; several cousins, nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Emanuel Kusturis, who passed away September 29, 2001.
Friends will be received Tuesday, 4-7pm, at Sollon Funeral and Cremation Services, LTD, 30 East College Street, Canonsburg, Phillip L. Sollon, supervisor, 724-746-1000. Services will be held in the funeral home Tuesday, at 7pm.
