Obituary
Jacquelyn Grace Evans, 74, of Houston, died Monday, August 7, 2023.
She was born November 9, 1948, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of Norman and Edith Purcelli Kaufman.
Mrs. Evans enjoyed crafts and ceramics.
On November 12, 1977, she married her husband, William Evans, who survives. Also surviving are her sons, Michael (Nicole) Evans, of Canonsburg; Jeffrey (Dana) Truxell, of Moon Township; her brother, Norman (Joann) Kaufman, of Finleyville; grandchildren, Stephen, Ella, Danielle, and Cameron, and her great-granddaughter, Alivia.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Stephen Truxell and granddaughter, Lena Evans .
Friends will be received Sunday, 1-5pm, and Monday, 10-11, at Sollon Funeral and Cremation Services, LTD, 30 East College Street, Canonsburg, Phillip L. Sollon, supervisor, 724-746-1000.
Interment will follow in the Plum Creek Cemetery, Pittsburgh.
