Frank A. Pliska, 59, of Canonsburg, died Friday, September 3, 2021.
He was born December 18, 1961 in Washington, a son of Frank G. Pliska and Dolores Markovich Nicholas.
Prior to his retirement, Frank worked for Washington Penn Plastics for many years. He was catholic by faith and enjoyed fishing, helping others and especially spending time with grandchildren and family. Frank was a member of the Slovak Club, the AGA, and the Labor Temple, in Canonsburg.
Surviving are his mother, Dolores Markovich Nicholas, his daughter, Autumn Pliska of Canonsburg, his sister, Darlene (Charles) Lowe of Centerville, his grandchildren, Adriana McCracken-Pliska, and Amariana McCracken-Pliska, his niece, Maddie Barone of Centerville, and nephew, Nick Barone of Washington.
He was preceded in death by his father, Frank G. Pliska.
Friends will be received on Wednesday, September 8, from 2 pm to 4 pm and 6 pm to 8 pm at the Sollon Funeral and Cremation Services, LTD, 30 East College Street, Canonsburg, Phillip L. Sollon, supervisor, 724-746-1000. Services will be held at 11 am, on Thursday, at the funeral home.
Interment will follow in the Woodruff Memorial Park, North Strabane.
