Dorothy M. Grisnik, 91, originally of Clairton, died Friday, March 8, 2024.
She was born January 20, 1933, in Clairton, a loving daughter of John and Stella Popovich Parach.

Dorothy loved life, and would always say, "I just love people". She enjoyed telling stories of her life, and the people that she met. Dorothy was known for never forgetting a detail. She married her husband, George W. Grisnik, in 1954, and created a family. She loved her family deeply, and always made her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren feel special. Dorothy was Roman Catholic, and active with the lady's club for many years. She was an active member of the Croatian Fraternal Union, where she sang Croatian songs with their Jelica group in her younger years. Dorothy was known for always having lipstick on, and dressing nicely. She always smiled, and said hello, or waved, at anyone she walked by. She was loved by many.
Surviving are her sons, Dr. George J. (Carol) Grisnik, of Southpointe, David W. (Ruth Ann) Grisnik, of Venetia, Paul R. (Pamela) Grisnik, of Grove City; her daughter, Elizabeth A. (Jay) Buckley, of Cecil; grandchildren, Brandon G. Grisnik, Ryan D. (Alexa) Grisnik, Emily A. Grisnik, Mary E. (Jonathan) Kaup, Colleen E. Buckley, Daniel J.
