Christine “Tina” Graytok, 91, passed away peacefully on February 17th, 2023, surrounded by loved ones. She was born on February 11th, 1932 in Washington, Pennsylvania, to her parents, Martin and Julia Strnisha. Christine was the beloved wife of the late Joseph Graytok, who passed away before her. Also passing before her were her brothers, Stanley, Vincent, and Max, as well as her sisters, Helen, Julia, and Steffie.
Christine is survived by her daughter, JoAnn, son-in-law Charlie, grandson Joshua, and great-grandsons Austin, Evan, Isaac, and Oliver. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who brought joy to everyone she met. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Christine dedicated her life to her family. She was a loving mother who cherished her daughter and also a proud grandmother who adored her grandson Joshua and great-grandsons Austin, Evan, Isaac, and Oliver. She loved nothing more than spending time with her family.
Christine's kind heart, infectious smile, and gentle spirit will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her. She will be remembered as a loving wife, devoted mother, proud grandmother, and doting great-grandmother. Her legacy of love, compassion, and kindness will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
A private viewing for family and close friends was held on February 25th, 2023, at Sollon Funeral and Cremation Services, Ltd., 30 East College Street, Canonsburg PA, 15317, 724-746-1000, Phillip L. Sollon, Supervisor.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Christine's memory to the American Cancer Society, a cause that was very important to her.
