Charles P. Cole, 81, formerly of Wellsburg, West Virginia, died Wednesday, September 9, 2020.
He was born August 23, 1939 in Wellsburg, a son of Paul and Anne Lease Cole.
He was Protestant. Prior to his retirement, he worked for 30 years as a coal miner for Consol Energy.
Surviving are his son, Michael (Allison) Cole, of Canonsburg, his daughter, Chantal (Michael Griggs) McAllister, of Indianapolis; his brother, Richard "Bun" (Donna) Cole, of Wintersville, Ohio; his sisters, Ruth "Chicky" (Chris) Ballato, of Wellsburg, West Virginia, and Barbara (Howard) McDonald, of Monroe, North Carolina; 4 grandchildren, Aidan and Ashley Cole, and Zach and Alexis Homol.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Boniey Cole, and his son, Charles C. Cole, his sisters, Jeannie Michaux, and Marlene Marsh.
