C. Allen Bails

C. Allen Bails, Jr., 72, of Canonsburg, died Monday, February 22, 2021.
He was born February 13, 1949, in Canonsburg, a son of Charles A. and Margaret Milligan Bails. 
Prior to his retirement, he worked as an inspecting engineer for Chester Engineering in Pittsburgh.
Mr. Bails was the ultimate football fan and enjoyed watching and following both professional and college ball. 
Surviving are his sister, Marti Cowden, and her husband Gerry, of Akron, Ohio; two nieces, Meredith Cowden, and Margaux Cowden, and her spouse Beck Bailey.
Due to uncertainties associated with the pandemic, there will be no public visitation and services are private. Arrangements entrusted to Sollon Funeral and Cremation Services, LTD, 30 East College Street, Canonsburg, Phillip L. Sollon, supervisor, 724-746-1000.
