Dear family, My thoughts are with you during this time. I have so many fond memories of the young Joyce, as I knew her only in her early years. She and her sister JoAnn were delightful Tamburizans and family friends. I still regularly bake her fabulous poppy seed cake and think of her. She was so warm and friendly. My mom was Violet Jelic and my sister Roz a fellow Tammie. Much Love, Mary Jo Gallagher

Dear Paul , Joann & Terry, Tom & Natalie and family:
Our condolences . Our prayers and thoughts our with you. When Joyce was a Tammie ,
she stayed with us. And in our living room she taught my sibling and I a Croatian Kolo
'Duces' sp? a jumping dance. I love her and always loved that memory. Joyce K.'s Poppy seed cake made it into a cookbook in this area. And when I was attending DU, I had cake for and evening snack. ( MY very first time delighted and thrilled.) I know its little things. But always she's with me for those things and more. Love and May God bless one and all. Tears flow. But Joyce has not left. Keep the Faith.
( I visualize her parents embracing her, as well as, our Mom, Ljubica Jelic. Bog! K. Stipetich

Sonja and family, My sincerest sympathies to you and your family. It was always a bright spot in my day when I needed to visit the hardware store knowing I would get to see and visit with your mom, and find out how you were doing. She and your father are wonderful genuine people who leave a legacy of kindness through her children and everyone she touched. Joyce will be missed dearly. Many prayers and hugs to you and family, Lisa

We will deeply miss Joyce. She was always kind to us when we would stop at Bahr Hardware or if we would see her and Paul out. We bought numerous plants with her help.
Paul and family you have our condolences.

Miss Dara Kahkonen, so sorry to read of your loss. Even though I did not know your mother, I did have the pleasure of meeting the lady that brought such a talented and beautiful person into this world. All of your family that I have met; your children, father, brother and sisters reflect a grandmother, wife and mother that was totally caring and loving. Wishing you and yours comfort for no matter when we lose one we love, it is still too soon.

My deepest sympathies to all of Joyce's family. Joyce was a pro on gardening and knew everything. She had so much talent. Remember all the good times all of you shared together, keep her alive thru memories and laughter. Joyce is an angel above watching over her family. God bless you all at this difficult time.
