Edwin Popeck

Edwin  L. Popeck, 94, of Canonsburg, died Thursday, May 10, 2018.
He was born September 12, 1923, in Hickory, a son of Joseph and Mary Wojnar Popeck. 
He was catholic, and a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church, Canonsburg.
Prior to his retirement, he worked at McGraw Edison in assembly, and was a dairy farmer.
Mr. Popeck enjoyed gardening and taking care of his farm.
On July 22, 1967, he married Jenny "Joann" Popeck, who died August 11, 2014. 
Surviving are his son, Larry Popeck, of Canonsburg; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents and his wife, Mr. Popeck was preceded in death by his brothers, Andy, Pete, Walter, John, Frank, and George; and his sisters, Lilly, Anne, Veronica, and Helen.
At the request of the deceased, there will be no public visitation and services are private.
