Daniel R. Sarver, 47, of Glenshaw, died Wednesday, January 25, 2017.

He was born June 23, 1969, in Pittsburgh, a son of Ronald and Mary Ann Wuchevich Sarver.

He was Catholic.

Daniel worked as a Registered Nurse at the Canonsburg Hospital Emergency Room, the Ohio Valley Hospital Emergency Room, and for Aetna Insurance.

He was an avid hunter, an expert skier, and a member of the Der Sitzmark ski club. He was a proud member of the National Rifle Association. He enjoyed hockey, Pittsburgh Sports, and soccer, which he also coached.

Surviving are his parents, Ronald J. and Mary Ann Wuchevich Sarver, of Glensaw; son, Dylan Sarver, of Canonsburg; daughter, Kira Sarver, of Canonsburg; sister, Tina Zimmerman, and her husband Brian, of Wexford; and his step-nephew, Ian Zimmerman.

Friends will be received Friday 2-4 and 6-8pm, at the Sollon Funeral Home, Ltd., 30 East College Street, Canonsburg, J. David Sollon, supervisor, Phillip L. Sollon, director, 724-746-1000.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Saturday, at 10am, in the St. Bonaventure Church, Glenshaw.

Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, www.cancer.org/donate or the Arc of Butler County, www.arcbutler.org in Daniel's name.
