Mary Jane D'Amico Neish

Mary Jane D'Amico Neish, 90, of Canonsburg, died Saturday, April 6, 2024, in her home.
She was born June 11, 1933, in Canonsburg, a daughter of Donato and Mary Dellorso D'Amico. 
Mary Jane was a faithful member of St. Oscar Romaro Parish, St. Patrick Church, where she was active with the Christian Mother's and served as a Eucharistic Minister.
She loved cooking and baking nut rolls.
She was a dedicated wife, mother, and homemaker. Prior to her retirement, she worked most recently at Giant Eagle, in the prepared foods section.
Surviving are her son, Gregory G. Neish, of Canonsburg; daughter, Christine Neish, with whom she made her home; grandchildren, Jennifer (David) Neish-McMurdy, and Heather Ward; great-grandchildren, J. Tanner and Alea Neish-McMurdy; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George T. Neish, who died August 11, 1983; her son, Gary T. "Beans" Neish, brothers, Carmine, and Arthur D'Amico; sisters, Margaret Sacco, Minnie Kostic, and Angeline Wingard. She was the last of her immediate family.
Friends will be received Monday, April 8, 2024, from 2-8pm, in Sollon Funeral and Cremation Services, LTD, 30 East College Street, Canonsburg, Phillip L. Sollon, supervisor, 724-746-1000.
Departing prayers will be recited Tuesday, April 9, at 9:30am, followed by Mass of Christian burial, in St. Patrick Church, at 10am. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
