James H. Wilson Jr., 92, of Eighty Four, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 6, 2017. He was born August 7, 1925, the son of James H. Wilson Sr. and Ethel Marie Williams Wilson.

James spent many years working along side his father on the family farm. He took great pride in his father's name, the farm, and he loved his Allis Chalmers tractors. In addition to the farm, in the late 1960's, James opened the 84 Wholesale Farm and Feed Store. He enjoyed talking and helping people with their farming needs. He retired from his store when he was eighty-five years old. Indeed, he was a hard worker.

James is survived by his wife, Doris Wilson; son, James H. Wilson, III, of Eighty Four; daughter Patricia Wilson of McMurray; four grandchildren, William, Tamara, Robert and Nina; step-children, Daniel, Linda, Race and Ricky; sister, Ruth Bovalina, of Burgettstown; many nieces, nephews, great-grandchildren and friends all left to cherish his memory.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Bonnie L. Streit.

Friends will be received Thursday, 11am-2pm, at Sollon Funeral and Cremation Services, 30 East College Street, Canonsburg, PA, 15317, 724-746-1000, Phillip L. Sollon, Supervisor, J. David Sollon, Director. Interment will follow in Pigeon Creek Presbyterian Cemetery, Eighty Four, PA.
